About Us - Sensational Host Caterers, Inc. is a family owned and operated food service company, which started as a retail outlet in Delran NJ in 1979 and has transformed through the years to adapt to the demands of its clientele.

In the early 1980’s and into the 1990’s, the company’s focus was primarily on and off-premises catering in the tristate area. During that time the company experienced significant success. In 1992, the company was presented an opportunity to procure an on premises location in Maple Shade NJ, which complemented the off-premise business as well.

For over 30 years, Sensational Host Caterers has had the privilege and pleasure of creating spectacular events throughout the Delaware Valley.  Our dedication and passion for fine food and our commitment to exceptional service is why we are one of the leading caterers in the New Jersey and Philadelphia area.  Our range of experience covers Corporate Celebrations, Elegant Weddings, Grand Openings; Political Fundraisers, University Graduations, and of course a full range of Corporate and Social “Milestone events.  From the Mainline to the Shoreline the reason for our continued success is simple, we are committed above all else, to the quality of our food and the happiness of our customers.

Our on-premises division is located at 3030 Route 73 North in Maple Shade NJ and accommodates a wide variety of weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings throughout the year.

Our-off premises division is able to accommodate events held at banquet facilities, private residences and business locations throughout the South Jersey, Delaware and Philadelphia area. Our event coordinators successfully handle all of the details of ordering and receiving the numerous items needed, such as tenting, floral designs, food, beverages, linens, china, entertainment, staffing as well as remote kitchen equipment which may be needed for events.

Some of the locations where we have coordinated events include: the Circle Line Cruise Ships around the Statue of Liberty, The Boat House At Cooper River, Appleford Estate in Villanova, Pa, The Scottish Rite facility in Collingswood, NJ, the Haddon Fort Nightly in Haddonfield, NJ, the Smithville Mansion in Eastampton, NJ, Chanticleer Estate in Wayne, Pa., The Moorestown Community Center, Moorestown Friends School and Memorial Hall in Moorestown, NJ, Penns Landing in Philadelphia, Pa, and on the Beach in Brigantine, NJ.

Sensational Host’s Corporate Division coordinates events primarily held in office buildings for small to mid-size meetings, seminars, and open houses. We supply breakfast, lunch, cocktail parties, and dinners.

Along with the services we provide in our different divisions throughout the company, we are able to accommodate full beverage packages, including coffee, soft drinks, juices, and bar set ups.

Sensational Host Caterers has a New Jersey liquor license to sell and or serve liquor in the state of New Jersey. We are also fully insured and trained to serve.
